Rates:

The Woodrow (rents year round)- $300 for two nights - $100 each additional night

The Little Bear (Apr - Nov 2010) - $200 for two nights - $75 each additional night

Additional Rental Information:

In addition to our nightly rates, we kindly request the following:

  • 6% WV Sales Tax and 6% Pocahontas County Lodging Tax
  • refundable security deposit

We're Pet Friendly!

Interested in bringing Fido? On a case-by-case basis we will accept one pet per reservation - additional $10.00 per night fee requested - so please ask!

We're Kid/Family Friendly!

We are also kid-friendly and have a pack-n-play and highchair available upon request. We welcome families of all shapes and sizes. We also welcome groups of friends where everyone in the group is over the age of 25.

The Woodrow and The Little Bear are located in close proximity to each other - therefore it is our policy NOT to rent both houses at the same time to different parties. However, as our pricing indicates, we do rent both properties at the same time to larger parties who would like to take advantage of both rental options.
